A TFC membership offers you:

• An individualized fitness assessment and weight room orientation by a certified personal trainer
• Complete use of fitness facility and 13,000 square foot weight room

• Full use of Cardio Theatre with access to over 50 pieces of cardio equipment including treadmills, elliptical trainers, stationary bikes, rowing machines, stairmasters and stepmills.
• Free unlimited participation in over 60 land and aquatic group fitness classes per week
• Cycling studio
• Two NBA style basketball courts
• Indoor swimming pool
