Express Workout

 If you struggle to fit a long workout into your busy schedue, then Express Workout may be your answer.  Express Workout consists of an intense 30-minute full-body workout that will incorporate cardio and weight circuits as well as plyometric and isometric movements.

  • 10am and 6pm
  • $96 a month for members
  • $110 a month for non-members

Partner/Group Training

Working out with others helps keep you accountable and brings a fun dynamic to your training. Learn lots of exercises done with a partner and liven up your workout. Receive 25% off sessions.
